Fantastic Stay in Höfn!
Rey Stays is an absolutely wonderful accommodation. The property is clean, well-maintained, and provides a comfortable atmosphere for a relaxing stay. The location is easy to find and perfectly situated, making it convenient for exploring Höfn and its surroundings.

The attention to detail in maintaining the space is evident, and it truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend Rey Stays to anyone visiting Iceland — you won’t be disappointed!

Leggo molte recensioni negative relative alla dimensione della camera.|Premetto che ho provato altre strutture in questo stile. Scozia, Islanda, Irlanda. Questa è secondo me una delle migliori. Molto pulita, letto molto comoda e accogliente. Quando si prenota si legge chiaramente che la stanza è di 14 metri bagno incluso. Quindi non si può pretendere di avere il salone.

It's new, modern (IKEA minimalism) and quite nice, but really not worth the money. Our 4-person cabin was surprisingly not practical - no dishwasher (!), a very uncomfortable to sit sofa (or actually a foldable IKEA bed), and a random big vase taking up most of the table. The view of the cabin was highly underwhelming, we were looking out on the ringroad (partially covered by a green mound). Also, cabin numbers were seemingly only on the buildings, so we actually had to drive around the whole compound to find ours (either that, or signs were so poor that we just missed them?). Beds were okay tho, and check-in/check-out was very easy, so that's a plus. Still, not the experience we expected of the most expensive night of our two week trip, with the lack of dishwasher being the most painful (we had it in almost of all of our other apartments - all cheaper!). It's clearly just an investment vehicle for someone who has never set a foot in there.

De ligging is prachtig, je kijkt op de bergen. Op het oog ziet het verblijf er goed uit, maar praktisch is het niet.

De kamers zijn veel te klein. Wij hadden 1 koffer en hebben deze op de grond gelegd. Je kon niet meer lopen omdat de vloer vol was. Er was een kleine tafel die tegen de muur stond, wanneer je de tafel van de muur wil halen heb je geen ruimte om te zitten omdat de koffer en het bed in de weg staan.

De keuken is enorm klein, daar heb je niks aan. De badkamer is ook zeer klein en er is schimmel. Er was een fijne plek om even te zitten en te ontspannen. Dit miste ik wel na een intensieve dag. Het hoofdbord van het bed is van hout waardoor je hier ook niet tegenaan kan leunen. De stoelen van de eettafel zijn ook van hout zonder kussen.

Het idee is leuk bedacht, maar de kamer zijn veel te klein. De prijs is ook te duur voor wat je krijgt. Erg jammer, want de locatie is uniek.

Way too small for 2 people. You can barely move in the room. The pictures look nice because the room is clean and the materials used were nice. But I would avoid unless no other choices in the area. The room got so hot after one of us showered because of the tight space.

Wir haben den Container gebucht, weil wir schnell eine freie Alternative in Höfn benötigt haben, da wir aus mangelnder Hygenie in einem anderen Hotel nicht übernachten wollten. Ich muss sagen wir wurden überrascht, der Container war ganz nice und vor allem sauber. Der Abfluss im Bad roch ein bisschen, aber auszuhalten. Die Buchung war über booking.com in 10 Minuten ohne Personal erledigt.

Pretty basic and small but very modern. Nice to have mini fridge/coffee maker/microwave after staying in hotels all week. Cool view from room of property and mountains, and 5 mins drive to Hofn.
