Room was extremely small with a shared bathroom for the floor - no lock on the bathroom door.
Shower drain was partially blocked and filled up the floor - I had to turn the water off shortly after starting my shower to let it drain so it wouldn’t overflow.
Walls and windows were in a bit of disrepair - in need of repainting.
Bedroom window wouldn’t close - luckily it wasn’t that cold the night I stayed there.

An sich nett gemacht.

Zimmer 201 aber
Unzumutbar. alles am schimmeln
Die Wände am Kopfende vom Bett sind nass mit Flecken vom schwarz schimmel.
Die decken und das Bett sind auch voll mit schimmel..
Es sieht aus, als hätte man jedesmal über den schimmel gestrichen.
Nach unserem Auszug über Check24 wurde das Zimmer auch gleich wieder weiter vermietet.

Ps: Für das Klo/Duschen gibt es nichts zum Abschließen. Es war immer sehr stressig wenn 10 Leute in der Küche sind und nach und nach aufs Klo geht.

Would not recommend for staying for families. This review is based out 3
night stay in 2 rooms

Good
- room and bed was clean (mostly) and had good heating.
- bathroom and shared areas are also clean.
- location is great and walkable to bustop 11 and 9

That’s pretty much it.

Bad
- Shaded bathroom in our floor 2 had doors that are stuck and did not lock and they did not fix it when we asked.

- No Wifi. This is not going to work especially with kids
- No connection to TV. When you turn on there is no signal and it’s mostly decorative
- Place looks run down from outside.
- The water from taps smells like rotten eggs must be sulphur dioxide but it’s yucky smell not like other places I have been in Reykjavík so something is off here.
- In room 203 which we stayed for 1 night there was mold or something similar in ceiling corner we did not bother as we were staying for 1 night.( see picture)
- Room 304 where we stayed 2 night was cramped “superior” double bed with sofa. However other rooms in other floor are spacious
- We asked for 1 hour extension to checkout at noon instead of 11 am but they were not able to oblige this basic request

Note: No luggage storage option another family had to book extra night to store luggage however if you are ok lugging you luggage you can take it to BSI terminal by bus and store it for fee

Der Standort des Hauses ist gut, zentrumsnah und mit Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür.
Enttäuschend war hingegen die tatsächliche Ausstattung des Zimmers (Lampen ohne Steckdosen, nicht funktionierender Fernseher) und vor allem die Sicherheit - verbunden mit fehlender Reaktion der Betreiber: Auf die Bitte, eine brüchige Türklinke instand zu setzen (die bei vollständigem Abbrechen die Tür von innen verschlossen und eine Flucht aus dem Zimmer verhindert hätte), wurde nur abwiegelnd eingegangen bzw. der Wunsch einer Reparatur letztlich ignoriert.

The building and the garden doesn’t look very inviting, but inside the rooms are clean and well furnished, the shared kitchen has everything you need and everything is nice and clean too.|Parking was easy right outside the building.|A very positive surprise.

Nessuna email per comunicare come si accedere alla struttura.
Operatore che dava pin di accesso fino a quando non indovina quello giusto.
Bagno in comune. Stanze senza una sedia per poter poggiare i vestiti. Televisione non funzionante.
Terzo letto un divano. Non divano-letto, ma un vero divano con le coperte sopra.

There is no bathroom in the room, shared bathroom on the floor for 3 other rooms. Smells like mold in some parts. I would not recommend it. It was a big disappointment. Cracks in the floor due to water/humidity.

距離教堂走路8分鐘，位子很不錯，兩個人一個房間的話位子稍擠，不過考量他的價格還算合理。一層一間廁所，洗澡有兩間在一樓，熱水有硫磺味很特別。另外有廚房提供冰箱烤箱微波爐等設備，還有免費咖啡機，靠廚房解決了每天的早中餐，減少旅費開支。
