If I could give this Costco 🌟 MILLION 🌟 I would. Let's talk about these strawberries 🍓...maybe I was just high on Icelandic joy but almost a year later and I still think about these strawberries! When you think of what the perfect strawberry is supposed to taste like...well, it is this!

There were some souvenirs and other things but didn't had a chance to stop, worth the stop!

Costco Iceland is about 45 minutes from Reykjavik but definitely worth visiting. It has all the usual Costco items but it is a lot more expensive (comparatively) to other European Costcos. There is an almost 20-30% price difference in similar items. It is still more cost effective than purchasing things in thr city though especially if you can stock up. There is Ikea too in the area within walking distance. The bus stop is very close by to Costco as well. For those who are interested, this is thr only Costco that sells a country specific shopping bag (a Costco Iceland bag with a very lovely design) - it is a great souvenir to take back home. We had hoped to get some good Icelandic fish or meat here - it is available but extremely expensive.

Costco Iceland is fantastic! The store is well-organized, clean, and offers an amazing variety of products at great prices. Whether you’re shopping for groceries, household essentials, or specialty items, they’ve got it all. The bakery is top-notch, and the food court is a must-try—delicious and affordable.

The staff is friendly and efficient, making the shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. If you’re a Costco member visiting Iceland or living here, this location is definitely worth the trip. Highly recommend!

한국보다 국민소득이 3배나 높은 아이슬란드 여행에서 외식을 줄이려 쌀, 압력솥을 챙겼어요. 코스트코에서 산 김치, 오이피클, 할라피뇨피클 3총사가 밥상을 든든히 지켜주었고, 여러 라면, 캔참치, 조미김까지 번갈아 먹었어요.
냉동고에서 찾은 똠양스프, 특식으로 최고입니다. 술을 안 마셔도 개운하게 해장이 되는 느낌ㅋ

Welcome to Iceland! First stop, Costco? Yes, highly recommended. Opens at 10am and many flights arrive to the country from North America between 6-9am local time. Stop by here to see the uniqueness of Costco here and you appreciate the cheaper prices back home. Pick up all the essentials because they won't get any cheaper elsewhere or as plentiful in terms of selection!

A large-format store with a very wide range of items for everyday life. From electronics, household appliances, through a wide variety of food, clothes, medicines, supplements to tires for cars.
Unfortunately, on the downside, the need to make a membership card for a year.
Behind the cash registers, you can eat cheap snacks like pizza or hot dogs, but the quality of the food cries for vengeance to heaven.
Free parking, which is definitely too small and every time you have to circle around and wait for someone to leave.

Hot dogs are localized with the optional fried onion topper and the mustard here is fancy Dijon hun hun hun.

A good first stop for some cheap food and to load up on supplies. Pleasantly surprised by the large and diverse Asian foods and snacks available.

Liquor store and a Bonus supermarket right next door for one-stop shopping. IKEA across the street if you’re a Swedish meatball.

However, the real charm lies in the Icelandic products that you wouldn't typically see in American Costcos. There's a lot to explore from local delicacies to unique grocery items. The famous Costco hotdog, made with Icelandic ingredients, is a must-try and is still a great value at just over $2. The store maintains the great prices and extensive selection Costco is known for, making it a delightful shopping experience. The variety and quality, combined with some local Icelandic flavor, make this Costco a standout.
