Cosa è piaciuto · La stanza assegnataci era al secondo piano. Tutto il piano è stato rinnovato da poco tempo: parquet, moquette, bagni, piccolo lavabo in camera. Tutto molto pulito.
Cucina fornitissima.
Ottima colazione.

Cosa non è piaciuto · Bagni e docce in comune, insufficienti per i tanti ospiti.
Prezzi elevati come in tutto il resto dell'Islanda.

An outstanding guesthouse 10 minutes away from the Egilsstaðir, with a beautiful field at the back. Our family room is located at the ground floor, spacious for 4 adults and comes with a basin. There are 4 shared toilets and 4 shared showers on the ground floor, adequate enough for about 8 rooms. Breakfast spread is generous and delicious, but you may need to be patient as the dining space could be full when everyone is trying to eat at the same time. The only downside is the thin wall that I could hear my neighbour snoring, but i'm the only one hearing it because my bed was placed right beside the wall. Overall we are extremely satisfied with this place, especially we get to see Aurora too.

Quiet guesthouse in the country. Keys were on the front desk with a list and you checked off your name. Largest guesthouse room we had of the trip and private bathroom. Out of town, but only a few minutes from the Forest lagoon if you’re going there too. Breakfast choices were limited and the only ‘staff’ we ever saw was someone adding fruit to the buffet. Left the keys on the counter at the end of the stay.

This was the smallest room out of all the places we stayed (image being in a VW bug and having trouble opening both doors). Had shared bathroom with there being none in the wing we were in. Rooms and the rest of the hotel was very clean and the beds were a bit to soft to our liking. It provided a typical Icelandic hotel breakfast buffet. There was to restaurant on site and went back into to town to eat

Location with vista views. The property is well maintained. The large common area such as the common area for each quad hallway and dining room made up for the small bedroom. Beautiful views from the bedroom and the dining room. The crew is Polish and super friendly. My only knock is that the bathroom smells of sewage.

Stanze piccole, per lo meno quelle con bagno in comune. La tenda non protegge dal sole d'estate di notte. L'acqua calda sa di zolfo. I cuscini sono sottilissimi. La colazione è buona tranne il pane che è duro. La posizione è comoda, silenziosa. Non si può entrare con le scarpe, che vanno lasciate all'ingresso. Viene fornito un unico asciugamani troppo piccolo per la doccia e troppo grande per il viso. Di buono c'è che ciascuna camera ha un piccolo lavandino.

On the road to fjords, this guesthouse is a spot that you would not choose to miss.
The hotel is of good quality with a staff that really is helpful and agreeable.

Rooms have enough space for two people, bathrooms and toilets are shared and absolutely neat in terms of quality and cleanliness.

The breakfast is continental in a large dining room and there is also a community room on first floor.

This is a good spot for a 30mn walk along the river from the parking: beautiful path and river and I saw twice a bird called Jaorakan coming out the bush. Amazing walk

Alles super. Tolle Lage, saubere Unterkunft, bequeme Betten und ein Waschbecken im Zimmer. Gutes Frühstück mit selbst gebackenem Brot. Für 1000 ISK kann man sich ein Vesper mitnehmen. Freundliches Personal. Sehr modern und ruhig. Schöner Gemeinschaftsraum, in dem man Geschirr nutzen darf. Mikrowelle und Toaster sind vorhanden.
