Le meilleur camping lors de nos 2 semaines de voyage en Islande. Agréablement surprise d'avoir tout dans cette petite cabane de Camping y compris lave linge, de la lessive etc.... elle est très propre et l'eau est bien chaude. Cela reste le meilleur endroit où nous avons admiré' les aurores boréales ❤️🫶 , notre coup de cœur.

Mały drewniany domek na fiordach z pięknym widokiem 🙂 miejsce jest trochę starsze i czuć ten klimat w mieszkaniu ale ma przyjemny salon z ładnym widokiem. W domku są 4 pokoje dwuosobowe i jedna łazienka i kuchnia. To niestety generuje czasem kolejki bo toaleta jest razem z prysznicem. Więc potrafi być tłoczno. Niestety same ściany są dosyć cienkie i sporo słychać (gdy ktoś chodzi czy korzysta z toalety). Niemniej biorąc pod uwagę cenę za noc i lokalizację daje 4 gwizdki 🙂 cena jest bardzo dobra. Poza tym na miejscu można kupić wełniane czapki własnej roboty (leżą na szafce) w niezłej cenie (około 27euro). Same pokoje są dosyć spore i mają duże jednoosobowe łóżka.

The facilities are nice but the owner is incredibly rude.
Our plans were not to sleep there but we were hungry and it was very windy, so we asked politely if we could pay to use the kitchen. We paid 1500ikk (equivalent to one person staying for a night) and GENUINELY understood from the owner that we could use ALL facilities. We had a nice dinner chatting with other friendly guests, and since we had understood we could do that, my GF decided to go for a shower. This is when the owner came again and was furious at me and started yelling at me that we were not allowed to use the showers... I tried to explain to her that we thought we were allowed to, but she was so aggressive to me, that we preferred not to argue and left the place...

Dear Madam,
Everybody can have a bad day but your attitude was not acceptable. With a better dialogue, we would have paid for the extra shower. It was not a big deal... I don't understand why you assumed we were bad people... Unfortunately our only bad experience with the locals after 12 days on the Iceland roads. You won't get good publicity from us...

kleiner sehr idyllisch er Campingplatz, das kleine Servicehaus niedlich, himmlische von Schafen untermalte Ruhe.
Achtung: in einem Reiseführer stand, es gäbe hier eine Küche. Die Küche gehört aber nicht zum Campingplatz, sondern ist im Gästehaus und darf nur von den dortigen Bewohnern genutzt werden. Aber es gibt ausreichend Picknickbänke

Beautiful, secluded campground below mountains looking out over sea. Fantastic facilities but only 1 WC. Was great as we were only people in campground. Hot showers, heated, washing machine. Lovely. Lots of bird life.

Camping au calme, proche des moutons. Très mignon. 1500ISK par personne.
Une seule salle de bain avec toilette, douche et machine à laver.
⚠️Pas de sèche linge, mais des fils pour sécher le linge dehors. Très peu efficace en Islande. De plus, il n'y a pas assez de pinces à linge.
Un évier en extérieur pour faire la vaisselle.
Il y a de nombreuses prises électriques pour brancher votre véhicule si besoin (payant).

Przyjemny, przytulny, czysty i ciepły przystanek w podróży. Bardzo dobry kontakt SMS z właścicielem po angielsku. Są 4 pokoje, 1. łazienka. My akurat byliśmy poza sezonem, sami w domku. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Fantastyczne, wygodne fotele w salonie przy dużym oknie. Super miejsce na wyjazd np. w 8 osób 🙂

Nice looking place from a distance. Upper area seems to be fine, but crowded. Lower area is a slope, which makes camping hard. But the WORST is - only one WC (which also hosts shower and washing machine). At 21:00 I counted 29 cars (which makes about 60-100 persons) for this one WC. And still cars are coming.|Place should have been marked as sold out long ago.|I will not camp here again.|
