Our family stayed in an apartment for a couple nights and it was the perfect stop for us between the winter holidays so we could explore the peninsula! Everything was great, the nearby supermarket was quite simple but we were able to stock up on some produce in addition to what we brought to cook. Slept peacefully and well! Wish we got a chance to see the amazing views but super snowy and cloudy the couple days there. Perfect place to hibernate in the dark hours. Be sure to stay tuned to road conditions and drive safe in winter storms!

Ottima posizione, si può vedere direttamente l'oceano ma soprattutto il monte. Camere pulitissime e spaziose. È presente anche una cucina immensa con sala immensa. È presente nella sala anche una TV con Netflix. In generale tutta la struttura era pulita. Ottima accoglienza ricevuta e check-in e checkout velocissimi come del resto in Islanda. Consigliatissimo

An unforgettable stay because we saw the Northern Lights here! We stayed in an apartment with a beautiful view of Kirkjufell Mountain, a private bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. We cooked big meals😋 This was one of the best accommodations of our trip to Iceland.

On a choisi un appartement de pièces avec cuisine privative. Le logement est très fonctionnel et très spacieux.
Le bâtiment est situé au bord de l’eau dans le secteur du port avec vue sur le mont Kirkjufell.
Très bonne localisation pour découvrir le parc naturel du glacier Snaefellsjokull.
Globalement très pratique pour passer quelques nuits.

• L’emplacement de la guesthouse est excellent. La vue sur la montagne Kirkjufell est magnifique, même depuis la chambre
• Grande cuisine bien équipée (micro ondes, bouilloire, plaques de cuisson,…) et salon communs, plutôt propre
• Prix très attractif
• Beaucoup de places pour se garer juste devant la guesthouse

L’endroit est parfait pour observer et photographier les aurores boréales malgré quelques lumières aux alentours.

Very good accommodation in the mid range. Fantastic views of Kirkjufell from your room. Shared cooking, kitchen facilities and self contained rooms with bathrooms. Very nice.

If you are in Snæfellsnes peninsula this is one of the best location overlooking the Kirkjufell at a reasonable price. The place has good rooms and shared kitchen with all needed amenities. Visit to iceland should be about catching up good location and accommodation is only for crashing at night and cooking decent dinner/breakfast.

I would give a 5 star just because of the location of it. Very close to the center and have AMAZING views of Kirkjufell mountain. There is a shoe rack at the entrance, always had ample space. There is no elevator and that’s the only thing lacking at this place. The rooms were clean and the necessary amenities were provided. Has a kitchen as well and I saw everyone mentioned how busy it was. We had the kitchen all to ourselves in the morning. Also the kitchen has the best views.

La struttura è semplice ma pulita. Vista spettacolare sul mare di Grundarfjordur e sul monte Kirkjufell (montagna iconica per gli appassionati della serie "Il trono di spade").|Cosa non è piaciuto. E' un no-shoes hotel: probabilmente a molte persone ciò non dà alcun fastidio, anzi magari è un valore aggiunto, ma a me (parere personale) questo aspetto non piace molto.
